COMPLETION OF PURCHASE
When you finish your purchase, you will receive an email with the following information:

  1. identification of Ana Lepsch’s website;
  2. description of the product purchased;
  3. delivery date;
  4. delivery address.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

You can follow the processing and delivery of your order on our website, through your order history, by checking the data on your account.

You will be sent an alert email automatically if any change is made to the status of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: You must enter a valid e-mail account at the time of purchase to receive alert e-mails. In addition, please keep your e-mail address updated.

DELIVERY DATE
The date of delivery of your jewels is informed both before and after your purchase. This may vary based on the availability of the chosen pieces, freight type and postcode of your delivery address.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
An order with approved payment may be canceled by e-mail as long as an invoice has not been issued and the product has not been shipped yet. Please write to contato@analepsch.com.br .

If you have received the product and want to return it, this may requested, by following Ana Lepsch’s Return Policy.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN
You have up seven (7) calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return of your order, as long as the jewelry is not worn. Please write to contato@analepsch.com.br .

The item must be returned in its original packaging, together with its tag, warranty document, manuals, accessories and invoice.

All returned items undergo a Quality Control analysis after arrival in our warehouse. This may take up to seven (7) business days.

If Quality Control approves the exchange or return of your purchased item, you will receive a confirmation email informing the date of delivery of the new product, if an exchange was requested, or the date of refund if you are returning a product.

A request for exchange or refund of a product will not be accepted in one or more of the following cases:

  1. If requested after a deadline of 7 days;
  2. If items or accessories that come with the jewelry are found to be missing;
  3. If there is any evidence that the product has been worn or tampered with.

In such cases, the product will be returned to the sender, and the grounds for refusal will be provided.

WARRANTY PERIOD
Ana Lepsch’s products have a legal 90-day guarantee period.
