Keeping an open mind and remaining alert to everything that may stir her soul. This is how Ana Lepsch finds inspiration.  The starting point in her design process is often found in nineteenth-century art movements, including Art Nouveau and its interpretation of nature with somewhat somber undertones. From this source of inspiration Lepsch makes extremely delicate and ethereal pieces, rich in detail, combining both classic and modern elements, and carefully crafted with high quality materials.

Present-day jewelry is a marriage between modern technology and classical techniques, art-making tradition and handicraft that have evolved since Antiquity, in different cultures and amongst different peoples.

Good design should be able to combine the old and the new, and to seek beauty and simplicity as these different influences blend together. Design, like beauty, has no borders, race or age.
